Returns
• FlyOff Gear is currently not accepting returns, however, exchanges are possible. Please see below for further details on exchanges.

Exchanges
• Exchange for a different size is possible. The following criteria must be met in order for the exchange to take place:
• Exchange will be granted within 7 days from when the shipment is received. Written notice must be given to info@flyoffgear.com within 7 days from when the shipment is received. An exchange form will be emailed to you, you must print and fill out this exchange form and ship it back with the merchandise to be exchanged. You must ship back the merchandise to FlyOff Gear within 12 days from the day you received the merchandise. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
• The merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and the tags (if applicable) must not have been removed. Where applicable, merchandise should be returned in its original packaging, including any plastic wrap.
• Merchandise to be returned must be shipped by the customer and shipping is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. FlyOff Gear is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit.
• The new merchandise may be shipped free of charge. You will be notified via email should you need to bear any costs associated with getting the new merchandise to you. FlyOff Gear is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit.
• You can only exchange for a different size of the same product. If you wish to change color or exchange for a different product, please email info@flyoffgear.com. We cannot guarantee that such exchanges will be permissible but we will try our very best to accommodate you and keep you happy!
• All exchanges depend on existing stock.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale, ie. non-refundable or exchangeable.
