Shipping
- FlyOff Gear ships worldwide.
- You can shop 24/7, however, FlyOff Gear only processes orders during the work week (Monday to Friday 8:00am-7:00pm Eastern Time). It may take up to 3 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, your orders will be shipped. Most customers will receive their orders within 7-10 business days from shipment, however, this may vary depending on the destination. If you have not received your order after 14 days, please notify info@flyoffgear.com
- If you need to rush your order please email info@flyoffgear.com, additional charges might apply.
- Depending on the order value / shipping method selected, you may be provided with a tracking number.
- FlyOff Gear is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
- FlyOff Gear is not responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.

Shipping Costs
- Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. You can automatically calculate your shipping cost with our shipping calculator at checkout.
- FlyOff Gear is not responsible for any destination country tax and/or duty that may be charged to the customer. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, restrictions and any other fees required to be collected from the destination country.
Deliveries
- Deliveries within the Montreal/Laval area are possible.
- Delivery fees ranging from $5-$13 (depending on the area) will be charged.

Store Pick Up
- Store pick up within the Montreal area may be available.
