- Exchange will be granted within 7 days from when the shipment is received by you. Written notice must be given to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from when the shipment is received by you. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Once we receive your written notice, we will respond via email with further instructions on the return process. In a nutshell, you must ship back the merchandise to FlyOff Gear within 12 days from the day you received the merchandise.
- The merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and the tags (if applicable) must not have been removed. Where applicable, merchandise should be returned in its original packaging, including any plastic wrap.
- Merchandise to be returned must be shipped by the customer and shipping is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. FlyOff Gear is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit.
- The new merchandise may be shipped free of charge. You will be notified via email should you need to bear any costs associated with getting the new merchandise to you. FlyOff Gear is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit.
- You can only exchange for a different size of the same product. If you wish to change color or exchange for a different product, please email email@example.com. We cannot guarantee that such exchanges will be permissible.
- All exchanges depend on existing stock.
